Our Solution Programs
MICareer has crafted and launched various programs and solutions to help address challenges faced by South African youth within various levels of our institutions of learning as highlighted hereunder.
Basic Education School Programs
Our schools programs and initiatives designed to help resolve challenges faced by all learners within the South African schooling systems include the following according to the schooling phases for both public and private/independent schools:
Senior Phase (Grades 7- 9) & Further Education and Training (FET) Phase (Grades 10 -12)
> Career Awareness, Career Advising, Career Development, Career Guidance, Mentorship and Support, as well as post-school studies funding options and applications support.
> Extra tuition/academic or tutoring support on critical subjects – science, technology, engineering, economics, mathematics, accounting, and commercials (STEMAC programmes).
> Sponsorship of creation of free school libraries and books to support and promote national reading thereof.
> School wellness support programmes
Intermediate Phase (Grades 4- 6)
> Extra tuition/academic or tutoring support on critical subjects – science, technology, engineering, economics, mathematics, accounting, and commercials (STEMAC programmes).
> Sponsorship of creation of free school libraries and books to support and promote national reading thereof.
> School wellness support programmes.
Foundation Phase (Grades R- 3)
> Sponsorship of creation of free school libraries and books to support and promote national reading thereof.
> School wellness support programmes.

Higher Education and Training Institutions Programs
Our programs and initiatives designed to help resolve challenges faced by all learners/students within the South African institutions of higher education and training systems include the following:
> Supporting post matriculants with their applications and registration for higher education and training studies on time before closing dates and deadlines.
> Providing information and awareness of the various funding options and institutions available for their university, and college studies as well as any necessary appropriate support thereof.
> Awareness information about the various professional bodies for their chosen study careers and prospective sector employers.
> Linking registered students to professional bodies, sector education training authorities, skills development providers, and prospective employers within their chosen sectors and study fields or careers to be considered for available learnerships, internships, apprenticeships, and employment opportunities.
Community Education Training Centres and Unemployed Youth Programs
Our programs and initiatives designed to help resolve challenges faced by all learners/students within the community education and training centres, and the unemployed youth within the townships or rural communities across South Africa include the following:
> Career Awareness, Career Advising, Career Development, Career Guidance, Mentorship and Support, as well as post-school studies funding options and applications support.
> Extra tuition/academic or tutoring support on critical subjects – science, technology, engineering, economics, mathematics, accounting, and commercials (STEMAC programmes).
